Lesson 02.1
Revisit Your Why and Set Clear Goals
What you will learn
Motivation fluctuates. Reconnecting with your reason for starting can help, but progress also depends on clear priorities and manageable habits.
Translate aspirations into a measurable next step, a deadline, and a way to track progress.
Apply it
Instead of “grow my business,” try “interview five prospective customers within 14 days and document recurring needs.”
Lesson action
Choose one 30-day goal. Define the result, deadline, success measure, and first action.
Reflection check
What is one insight you gained, and what will you do differently?
Lesson 02.2
Build Your Support System
What you will learn
Entrepreneurship does not have to be isolated. The original course encourages a motivational circle: people who support, challenge, and inspire you.
Include people who will give useful feedback, not only encouragement. Protect time for rest and work that energizes you.
Apply it
Identify one peer, one mentor or experienced practitioner, and one potential accountability partner. Clarify the kind of support you need from each.
Lesson action
Write a simple plan for one conversation or check-in this month.
